This page explains how MatchBuddy users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page is intended for users, app store review teams, and privacy-related support requests.
How to request deletion
Send your request to muhmmadahad594@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
Processing time
Requests are reviewed and processed after identity verification and operational checks.
Limited retention
Some data may be retained temporarily where required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your MatchBuddy account and associated personal data, email muhmmadahad594@gmail.com from the same email address that you use for MatchBuddy.
- Email muhmmadahad594@gmail.com from the email address linked to your MatchBuddy account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my MatchBuddy account".
- Include your MatchBuddy display name and any other details that help us identify the correct account.
- We may reply to verify the request before deletion is processed.
What data is deleted
When an account deletion request is approved and processed, MatchBuddy aims to delete or permanently de-identify the account's main personal data from active use.
- Your account profile and sign-in association.
- Your profile details, including public profile metadata and uploaded profile image.
- Your hosted listing details and account-linked discovery visibility.
- Other account-linked personal information that MatchBuddy stores to operate the service.
What may be retained temporarily
In some cases, limited data may need to be retained even after an account deletion request. This can happen when the retention is reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- Safety, fraud-prevention, abuse, and dispute-handling records may be retained for a limited period if reasonably necessary.
- Some transactional or technical records may be kept where required for legal compliance, platform security, or legitimate operational obligations.
- Where retention is required, data is kept only for the minimum necessary period and is not used to restore normal account access.

- Account deletion requests are handled manually at this time.
- If we need to verify ownership before deleting an account, we may contact you using the submitted email address.
- If you only want help with privacy, profile updates, or support, you can still contact us without requesting full deletion.
